Restoration

Kintsugi is, to all intents and purposes, a ceramic restoration technique and can be considered a form of conservative restoration ante litteram. Given that any object can be fixed, the steps of the original kintsugi are many and the work takes at least three months. Not only that: the materials used, urushi lacquer and pure gold, are very expensive, so we recommend only proceeding with objects that have a certain value, whether economic or emotional.
